In my roles as Development Director for the Valley Symphony Orchestra (McAllen, Texas) and the Founding Director of McAllen Irish Arts and the South Texas Irish Festival, I have found the perfect opportunity to blend my passions for community impact and organizational growth.

I specialize in managing and optimizing revenue streams and cultivating strong donor relationships. Whether it's securing sponsorships, corporate partnerships, or writing grants, I bring a strategic approach to development. My knack for planning and budgeting shines through in the stewardship events and community outreach projects I oversee. I also introduced a vibrant networking platform for young professionals and led studies to gauge the arts' impact on our community, all while expertly coordinating flagship fundraising events.

On the operational side, I handle budgets, contracts, and production logistics with precision. From managing facility contracts and equipment to overseeing schedules and team coordination, I ensure everything runs smoothly. My role extends to managing internal systems and producing engaging content. With a blend of strategic vision and hands-on management, I’m here to drive success and create memorable experiences.
